Manager - Learning & Development/HR Business Partner - Manufacturing Firm (8-10 yrs)

A leading Manufacturing Company is looking for a Manager HR- Business Partner and L & D, based in Mumbai.

We are looking for candidates from 2009-2012 batches of MBA in HR .The role would involve managing all L & D and OD activities for a business and also manage the overall HR function. L & D and OD, Talent Management would comprise of 70% of this role. The role would also take care of succession planning activities. Training effectiveness, talent engagement and learning development would comprise main aspects of the role.

The role would involve:

- Managing L&D Agenda create action plans and pursue them effectively to build functional and behavioral skills of employees in the organisation.

- Designing both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as e-learning, classroom training, 1-on-1 sessions, action learning projects etc and deliver them in order to build capabilities.

- Create a engagement plan for key talent in the organisation including that of development of IDP for each talent lister and facilitate their development journey through structured interventions.

- Facilitate implementation of 360 degree feedback and other interventions focussed on developing people manager skills

- Design a training effectiveness approach for the departments to measure behavioral impact of programs.

- Create an approach and action plan for productivity enhancement and measuring effectiveness from the capability development standpoint. (g) Driving OD & Talent Management Initiatives like People Review Process across functions

- Support initiatives as the business HR representative for campus level programs that focus on building early careers of candidates hired from premier engineering colleges & b-schools, etc.

- HR Partnering for Support Functions (Finance, IT, Supply Chain) & actively support new factory location hiring
