Job Profile:
- Be the primary HR contact for our India Office, handling local HR matters.
- Support Talent Acquisition efforts and explore HRBP, ER, and Rewards functions.
- Contribute to a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Manage onboarding for local hires, ensuring a positive newcomer experience.
- Work with central HR teams to enhance employee benefits, communication, and reviews.
- Collaborate with Rewards, Engagement, Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development teams for effective HR service delivery.
- Facilitate performance discussions between team members and supervisors.
- Offer local employee relations support and address HR inquiries.
- Administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance, including full and final settlements.
- Handle payroll documentation for government agencies.
- Administer company health insurance and benefit programs, managing inclusions and exclusions.
- Design, develop, and deliver industry-specific training programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, assess learning solutions, and create engaging materials.
- Ensure training compliance and effectiveness, conducting post-training evaluations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative learning methods.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, aligning L&D initiatives with business needs.
- Provide coaching and support for employee growth.
- Collaborate with global HR teams for a standardized approach to L&D.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of L&D programs using data for continuous improvement.
- Lead Performance Management Assessment and process, while driving refinements
- Build an environment of meritocracy driving the right behavior and culture.
- Handle employee grievances and provide timely closure.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and deliver to the operational requirements.
- Use HRIS tools/platforms including People Analytics and to infer trends for decision making
- Leading employee experience surveys and subsequent action planning with operations leaders based on survey results.
- Co-ownership of employee retention and driving engagement activities in partnership with engagement and operations teams.
Person Profile:
- Bachelor's/PG degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 years+ People Function experience with focus on HR and L&D.
- Track record in designing and delivering learning programs, ideally in revenue cycle management or service - oriented fields.
- Proficient in adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern learning tech.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Collaborative cross-functional team player.
- Effective project manager, handling multiple initiatives on time.
- Data-driven, using metrics to enhance training and foster improvement.
- Skilled with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws, regulations, and HR practices.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fostering stakeholder collaboration.
- Organized with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Upholds integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in HR matters.
- Works independently and proactively within a team.
Work Week: Monday to Friday
Shift: 08:00 AM - 10:00 PM IST (9-hour shift)
