Designation : L&D Manager
- Developing a Culture of Learning Organization
- Driving LMS through creation, dissemination of relevant Modules with Impact Analysis
- Lead the self-paced learning ecosystem
- End to end L&D solution provider right from conducting TNA/TNI
- Content Design - Training delivery (online / offline) with 10/40/50 approach with primary focus on behavioral learning.
- Learning Content creation and upkeep.
- Conduct independent psychometric assessment in areas of talent acquisition and development.
- Create calendar, budget and Lead Learning and Development interventions to enhance productivity of workforce in Core and Behavioral skills:
Execute and run :
a) Flagship Training Programs
b) Experiential Learning Programs
c) Customized Programs for Performance Excellence
d) Customized Behavioral Training Programs/VDNA program
- Regularly interact with key stakeholders to Understand, Create (STAR format), Classify Store (digitally) and retrieval of all non-product learning documents.
- Ensure a detailed observation is captured which includes the technical details as well e.g. SOPs
- Define parameters for situations which can be identified as LO case study
