A US Multinational Organisation in gems & jewellery is looking for learning & development professional to be based out of Mumbai.
Learning & Development :
- Develop Learning strategy in consultation with stakeholders
- Work closely with HR Head in shaping overall Talent Management & Development strategy & framework
- Conduct TNA, understand requirements from various department Managers / HOD
- Develop and implement Training Plans & Programs to support current & future business needs
- Lead projects on Critical Talent Management and Succession Plan initiatives for the organization
- Manage the L&D Budget
- Design In-house material and resources for employee development
- Design and implement relevant training programs
- Manage and execute bi-annual Employee Refresher program for staff
Performance Management :
- Independently manage PMS process
- Set the right framework & support employee development initiatives, Performance Evaluation, Performance objectives
Rewards & Recognition :
- Designing and implementing rewards and recognition program for all function's of the organization
- Understand and research market trends in R&R and share it with management for implementation Miscellaneous
- Policies and Procedures: Suggesting and assisting in creating,implementing & updating the HR systems and procedures.
- Designing Forms and reports required for the HR functions
- MIS : Preparing HR Reports as and when required by Management
