LOCATION : Mumbai

Job Requirements -

- Design, develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality and relevant training content to meet the needs of Frontline teams

- Evaluate and integrate new concepts, courses and analytics as required from T&D perspective.

- Monitor in a structured, rigorous and data-driven way, the development needs of our audience and develop programs with defined learning objectives and outcomes.

- Own the Learning and Development framework- Creation, documentation, execution and measurement structures.

- Work with Operations team / Cross-functional teams on designing and implementing the Learning Path for new processes.

- Continuously upgrade training effectiveness by deploying appropriate effectiveness measuring tools.

- Conduct interventions/ roll out integrated initiatives using multiple training techniques

Profile requirements

- Team Handling experience is a plus

- Should have 1-3 years of experience

- Good verbal, written communication skills

- Should be able to coordinate cross-functionally and work with function heads

- MBA from Tier 2 colleges/Undergraduate from a Tier 1/2 college

- Previous experience in a startup is preferred but not required
