- Looking for talent from Top B (Batch - 2015, 2016, 2017)
- End to end ownership of program management, development of curriculum for offerings based on Instructional Design methodology, driving employee driven offerings, enabling internal faculty development for the Academy.
- Anchor / Manage the high potential development programs.
- Support the design of competency framework.
- To Design and deliver programs/interventions under the Leadership Academy to enhance leadership skills at various organizational levels
- Evaluate the impact of training, efficacy of learning interventions and methodologies used on an ongoing basis.
- Assimilate market practices in leadership development and share insights with the HR leadership team on a regular basis.
- Stakeholder management and buy-in for launching/implementing leadership programs.
- Coordinate with Service Lines for publishing calendar, enrollment, invitations, pre-work, venue booking and post program feedback, etc. (end to end training / L&D processes) including data analysis and reporting and maintaining training records.
- Research & Benchmarking available offerings and best practices (external and internal) for prioritized capability building needs
- Develop customized competency-based program for sales, Production and support teams and monitor effectiveness through structured learning program.
- Develop appropriate communication regarding Academy's programs / milestones to be disseminated group wide and ensuring program buy-in and nominations
