- Set up & implement OD, L&D initiatives across plants & locations including mentoring senior management, change management, diversity, team building, work/life balance, conflict resolution etc
- Analyze requirements of business; identify training gaps, develop & implement annual Training Calendar; Analyze impact of training, training audits, assess training quality & effectiveness
- Get management approval for training plan, manage training budgets, complete vendor management
- Work closely with Business Heads to enhance productivity, attrition analysis, goal setting, Employee Engagement, PMS etc
- MDP, succession planning, employee development, PMS cycle, Portal management etc
- Create strong employee engagement channel beyond the portal
- Vibrant, down-to-earth, highly motivated, independent; from manufacturing
MBA, 14-18 years- experience, 34-38 years of age
