- Designing, Implementation and evaluation of Learning intervention across divisions.
- Drive the continual optimization and maturity of learning systems and programs, aligned to business strategy.
- Manage Assessment; Development Centre.
- Mange e-learning platform to effective implementation of digitized learning solutions.
- Designing and implementing training framework in sync with PMS leading speed quality assurance of training programs and internal capability building.
- Work with business leaders for business transformation & organization development.
- Management of POSH compliance to improve the awareness level.
- Development and implementation of competency-based Performance Management and Talent Management processed.
- Designing & conducting employee engagement surveys and preparing action plan.
- Execution of employee newsletter other internal communication.
- Budgeting and cost optimization of learning & development interventions.
