Learning And Development Manager

Job description:

We are urgently seeking Learning and Development Manager for our client, the biggest and strongest financial institution in India.

This presents an exciting opportunity to nurture talent within a prominent financial institution, where you will lead the adoption of industry best practices and facilitate cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to bolster the resilience of the Indian banking sector. The role entails fostering a unique organizational culture, combining the agility and efficiency of startups with the process-oriented rigor characteristic of government organizations. The ideal candidate must uphold the core values and maintain the institution's well-established standards of excellence.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

1. Assess Training Needs:

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and leadership teams to identify and understand the diverse training needs and requirements across project teams, support functions, and leadership teams.

2. Learning Content Development:

Design, create, and deliver engaging learning content and experiences tailored to address identified training needs.

3. Technical Training Coordination: Identify suitable training programs and trainers for technical training initiatives.

4. Training Program Execution: Execute and manage large-scale training programs, ensuring smooth operations.

5. Performance Enhancement: Continuously monitor and enhance the performance and effectiveness of the training experience.

6. Learning Strategy:

- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to define key learning objectives and course outlines.

- Identify enterprise-wide learning requirements and devise innovative learning solutions.

7. Development Program Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end management of development programs, from strategy and coordination to facilitation and evaluation of success metrics.

8. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data insights to inform, adjust, and develop future learning offerings.

9. Learning Management Systems (LMS): Take charge of the complete LMS platform, managing the training lifecycle from content development to implementation.

10. Reporting and Analytics: Assist in preparing and maintaining various training reports, monthly management information systems (MIS), and training dashboards.

11. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of current market and technology trends related to training and development.

12. Process Enhancement: Contribute to the introduction of new methods and processes aimed at improving training delivery and development.
