Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Organize e-learning courses- workshops and other trainings - Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of&nbsp;learning opportunities - Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing - Creating training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives and&nbsp;having a strong understanding of what these are - Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding&nbsp;training and development plans - Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full&nbsp;understanding of their units and training requirements - Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions&nbsp;or coaching - Drive sales operation efficiency by ensuring Sales training to the batches of Freshers&nbsp;and till 2 years of experience Requirements : - 4+ years' experience of working on a L&amp;D Manager- Training Manager or other relevant&nbsp;position - Significant experience with effective learning and development methods - Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices - Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Strong communication and negotiation skills- with a good ability to build relations with&nbsp;employees and vendors; - Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking - Strong in review and understanding of sales operations processes
