Role : Learning &amp; Development Manager Department : Training Location : Gurgaon (Sector 58) - Work from Office - 5.5 Days Working (Alternate Sat Off) Experience : 4 to 8 Years Sales Training Modules Experience mandatory. Preference to those who have imparted training to freshers to 2-3 years experienced ones. Experience in the edtech industry preferred. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Organize e-learning courses workshops and other trainings - Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities - Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing - Creating training programmes that are aligned with the organisation's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are - Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans - Working closely with various leaders across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements - Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching - Drive sales operation efficiency by ensuring Sales training to the batches of Freshers and till 2 years of experience Requirements: - 4+ years' experience of working on a L&amp;D Manager- Training Manager or other relevant position - Significant experience with effective learning and development methods - Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices - Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Strong communication and negotiation skills- with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors; - Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking - Strong in review and understanding of sales operations processes
