We are hiring for a Manager - Learning & Development for our digital services client based at Kochi, Kerala. Main Responsibilities: - Design and develop learning solutions and programs applying learning principles and systematic instructional design. - Support creation and roll-out of Learning & Development roadmap that helps the business to scale and our employees to grow. - Conduct need analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics - Execute on curriculum maintenance, review and implementation cycles - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional training delivery stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps. - Provide train the trainer sessions (classroom or virtual) to support implementation of training programs and deliver instructor-led classes and programs (in person or virtual) - Collaborate effectively across teams to roll-out scalable training solutions around leadership development and manager capabilities - Create and implement development programs to increase employee engagement and satisfaction - Develop highly effective training material, assessment and learning options Basic Qualifications: - A completed master's degree from an accredited university. - Significant experience gained in Learning & Development (work experience or Certification) - Excellent presentation and communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development - both in classroom and tutorial settings - Ability to handle multiple projects, often with conflicting deadlines
