1. Learning & Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the Agri-business division, aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

- Identify learning needs through assessments, performance evaluations, and discussions with business leaders, and design appropriate training programs.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts and external vendors to create and deliver engaging and impactful learning solutions.

- Leverage digital learning platforms and technologies to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training programs.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives through metrics and feedback,and make necessary improvements.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in learning and development,and propose innovative solutions to enhance the division's learning culture.

2. Diversity & Inclusion:

- Serve as a passionate advocate and catalyst for diversity and inclusion within the Agri-business division.

- Develop and implement a strategic diversity and inclusion framework that aligns with the organization's values and business objectives.

- Collaborate with leaders and HR partners to embed diversity and inclusion principles into talent management, recruitment, and performance management processes.

- Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in diversity and inclusion practices.

- Design and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance awareness, foster inclusive behaviours, and mitigate unconscious biases.

- Cultivate partnerships with external organizations and networks to leverage best practices and develop diversity and inclusion initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive employee engagement strategy for the Agri-business division, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall engagement framework.

- Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyse results, and develop action plans to address identified opportunities and challenges.

- Design and implement programs and initiatives that promote a positive work culture,enhance employee morale, and foster a sense of belonging.

- Lead the planning and execution of employee recognition programs, events, and activities to celebrate achievements and milestones.

- Provide guidance and support to business leaders and managers on effective employee engagement practices.

- Monitor employee engagement metrics and trends, and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

4. Leadership and Collaboration:

- Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders and HR partners on learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement matters.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate learning, diversity, and inclusion initiatives into various HR programs and processes.

- Work closely with talent acquisition teams to align learning and development, diversity, and inclusion strategies with recruitment efforts.

- Act as a mentor and coach to HR team members and other employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

- Stay updated with laws, regulations, and industry practices related to learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement, ensuring compliance and best practices.
