Manager - Learning and Development
- Gain deep expertise and conduct TTT and training sessions for business units, as needed (might entail travel to sites)
- Write customized content on skills, processes, SOPs, systems, policies, video scripts, etc.
- Liaise with cross functional stakeholders to take consensus on learning objectives and seek clarity
- Create and implement session plans, calendars, emailers, etc.
- Assist with training logistics arrangements, as needed
- Capture post training feedback and conduct post training effectiveness analysis
- Process timely and accurate uploads and assignments on LMS
- Learning documentation using online mode - Ensure LMS content uploads, batch creations, attendance, general upkeep and enhancements
- Timely and accurate management and publishing of critical MIS
- Project manage external content development, or other vendors, as needed
- Participate and value add in developmental projects, basis the department's strategy
