L&D Manager

The Training Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and capabilities of our business function through innovative training programs. This role involves content creation, with a focus on salesforce training covering product, process, and behavioural aspects.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality training content for salesforce training programs, including product knowledge, process understanding, and behavioural skills.

2. Salesforce Training: Conduct interactive and informative training sessions for business teams, focusing on product features, sales processes, and behavioural techniques to improve performance.

3. Process and Product Knowledge: Ensure business team members have a thorough understanding of company processes, products, and industry trends to enhance their effectiveness in the field.

4. Learning Content Management: Keep training materials updated and engaging to maintain the interest and motivation of participants. Regularly review and refresh content to align with evolving business needs and market dynamics.

5. Digital Learning Interventions: Implement digital learning strategies and interventions to supplement traditional training methods. Utilize technology platforms and tools to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of training programs.

6. KPI Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives, including building sales force productivity, ensuring process understanding, product knowledge, and participant engagement.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to align training programs with business objectives and support organizational growth strategies.

8. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate training programs and methodologies to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Implement best practices and industry trends to enhance the overall effectiveness of training initiatives.

Requirements:

1. MBA from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 college with 5 to 8 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the building material industry.

2. Proven track record in developing and delivering effective salesforce training programs, including content creation and facilitation.

3. Strong understanding of sales processes, product knowledge, and behavioral skills training.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to travel within North India as required to conduct training sessions and engage with sales team members.

6. Experience in utilizing digital learning platforms and tools to enhance training effectiveness.

7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable improvements in sales force performance.

8. Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving business needs.

Preferred:

1. Experience in the building material industry or related sectors.

2. Familiarity with digital learning technologies and platforms.
