- To drive the learning and development interventions, processes and support the talent and engagement activities.
- The role will involve the analysis, design, development and coordination of a high quality people development experience.
- The role will be responsible for building capability for target groups through the management, creation and coordination of learning and development activities.
- Design, Delivery and effectiveness of learning interventions at the location
- Support the ongoing requirements gathering across the business to identify People Development needs. (Real-time functional, behavioural needs)
- Research & benchmark potential options, internally and externally, and determine the appropriate learning solutions
