Manager - Learning & Development - Big4 (10-15 yrs)
- Manage, host and deliver learning programs and learning journeys.
- Develop, modify and continuously improve L&D offerings based on competency needs, gap identified, and feedback.
- Create learning content and design learning experience.
- Be a change catalyst of the L&D journey transformation, working very proactively and collaboratively with stakeholders towards the L&D offer vision.
- Management Consulting experience is mandatory.
