Learning & Development Manager
Job Location : Andheri, Mumbai
Job Description:
Responsible for the overall coordination and delivery of training and development initiatives for the company. Responsible for developing and implementing training course and delivery of modules in alignment with business strategy and organizational goals to enrich the intellectual capital and quality of manpower in the company
OPERATIONAL :
- Lead the overall coordination, development and delivery of training and development activities for the employees
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments and identify training requirements
- Work closely with key stakeholders and internal customers to develop effective training curriculum
- Develop and execute training delivery strategies, ranging from in-person classroom training to webinars to e- Learning
- Develop and maintain course content and instructional materials (i.e., instructor guides, student guides, presentations, job-aids, graphics, multimedia, etc.)
- Design and administer a feedback loop to measure effectiveness of training and development activities
- Develop frameworks for training of instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with employees
- Identify high performers within the department and identify their potential and training and development needs
PEOPLE :
- Handle employee related queries regarding training needs and address them convincingly
- Conduct in-person sessions with employees to take feedback of the trainings and webinars attended by them
- Present/deliver training material to participants (where appropriate)
