Job Summary:

As an L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and effectively managing internal communication within the organization. You will play a crucial role in driving employee satisfaction, professional growth, and a strong sense of belonging within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement:

- Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and morale.

- Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to create a positive workplace atmosphere.

- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and act on areas that need improvement.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve employee concerns and issues.

Learning & Development:

- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive learning and development programs. Identify training needs and create a learning curriculum for employees at all levels.


- Collaborate with subject matter experts and trainers to deliver effective training sessions. Evaluate the impact of training programs and continuously improve the learning experience.

Communication:

- Develop and execute an internal communication strategy to ensure effective information flow within the organization.

- Create engaging content, including newsletters, intranet updates, and other communication materials.

- Facilitate two-way communication channels and provide regular updates on company news, policies, and initiatives.

- Manage the company's internal communication platforms and technologies.

Knowledge & Skills required:

- Excel proficiency Power point expert

- Proactive and initiator

- Passion and commitment

- Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on employee engagement, L&D, and communication Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement trends, and L&D best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using HR software and tools.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
