- Person should have experience in team handling
- The person will be responsible for to work closely with business people, understanding the training needs of the people and imparting necessary training
- Design and develop content & modules for imparting various training
- Designed and developed learning solutions to educate company's workforce while improving organization performance. Worked collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts to effectively translate the department's procedures into meaningful training materials
- Manage a team of trainers and coordinating, planning, delivering and facilitating workflow training modules such as new hire, cross training, launch training for new clients, and other specific training as necessary.
- Responsible for Analyzing, reviewing, registering, scheduling training programs in LMS
- Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) to include administration of all licensed modules and content
