Manager - Learning & Development - BFSI/BPO

Role Purpose

- The job holder will be required to deliver Global induction and a range of core training solutions to improve language, soft skills, cultural awareness and other relevant learning interventions based on the training needs identified.

- Evaluate training needs and deploy suitable training interventions, plans or schedules to ensure employees receive the appropriate learning in all functional areas in consultation with Business Partners (BP) and Global Servicing Centres - Learning and Development (GR, L&D) Faculty Heads.

- Ensure practices and procedures are adhered to and training materials remain compliant with GR L&D, BPs and regulatory standards.

- The person is required to successfully complete up skilling / accreditation for relevant courses as per the identified site training plan

- Ensure training delivered by self is in accordance with documented plans and monitor progress made by the trainees to achieve required proficiency in line with the desirable results

- Administer and coordinate training nomination and scheduling process for the site. Serve as employee liaison for all of Learning and Development's customer service requests and work as a learning consultant for the business assigned.

- The job holder will need to understand the challenges across GR both customer facing, Call Centre and data entry, and non-customer facing, professional services, in order to deliver content offered by the central learning team
