Job Description :
1. Develop and implement policy and strategy in training and development, across the organization in discussion with the EC.
2. Assess the training needs across the organization based on the PMS and device a plan for carrying out the trainings so as to build capacity and capability of the employees in most cost efficient manner.
3. Ensure that policy in training and development are fully integrated with overall mission and vision of the organization.
4. Monitor the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize stakeholder satisfaction level.
5. Liaison with industry experts to bring in good L&D session and practices
6. Responsible for setting up Internal processes for the department to function seamlessly.
7. Authorizing all vendor invoices for payments and Vendor management for L&D function
8. Monitoring the T&D Expenses on month on month or yearly format.
