Manager L&D - Manage Training Sessions, as per the guidelines of the Organisation. Facilitate and manage meeting logistics and standard training requirements. - Design Annual Training calendar for all Departments. Preparing monthly training calendar with maximum coverage and getting approvals. Publish monthly calendar well in advance. - Maintain Training records. Analyse Training feedback and deduce value insights from the feedback received. Suggest changes wherever necessary. Prepare Training Reports. - Research and develop new training content. Coordinate with departments and SMEs for vetting content. Design appropriate training content. - Provide technical support using current trends, Apps and advancement in technology, making learning easier. Assess and recommend options for multiple training methods. - Research and suggest external Training / eLearning courses to identified departments. Interact with Learning providers viz., Coursera, Google Learning etc., - Coordinate with stakeholders in all training related aspects, in consultation with Training leadership. - Support Training and HR team on any ongoing projects
