Manager - Learning & Development - Auto/FMCG (7-14 yrs)
The L&D function is responsible for rolling out learning interventions that build business impact and drive growth for the organization.
1. Lead a team of 35+ Customer Experience Coaches and 2 to 4 Learning Leads to delivery learning agenda at City Logistics - North
2. Ensure to achieve superior learning levels across all field role-holders in terms of their process knowledge and ability to deliver superior experience to the end customer.
3. Improve upon CX and SX matrix by attaining excellence in process knowledge levels of WMs/Sorters etc
4. Work on competency agenda for all FTEs while remaining an active partner in the IDPs and learning journey of individuals.
