Position statement :
Responsible for analysing & fulfilling behavioural training requirements at Group level
Responsibilities :
The key responsibilities of the position are :
- Facilitate alignment of employee's behavioral training needs to organizational goals
- Coordinate with the group companies for training requirements gathering and analyzing
- Design & deliver behavioral training workshops/interventions
- Evaluate the learning effectiveness of training workshops and e-learning modules for organization capability and employee skill building
- Formulate annual training calendar based on Anand Group's requirement and establish necessary measurement/MIS system
- Design and modulate Learning Management System for best Practice & Knowledge Sharing
- Engage with Companies and other key entities to understand business needs

Qualifications :
Mandatory : MBA / PGDM-HR / PhD
Desired : Training & Development Certifications
Experience : Total 8-10 yrs of work experience out of which 5-7 years as a trainer in soft skills

- Hands on experience in use of learning simulations
