This role would be responsible for supporting the Group by bringing the uniform process and policies in the company across all the business units.

Incumbent will develop good Learning & Development practices in the system and will drive the initiatives from the Corporate Office. Incumbent will also be responsible for the overall compliances.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programmes and initiatives for the development of the group's culture and values,

- Initiatives related to management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development.

- Lead cultural initiatives for the organization to move from a transaction-oriented to a purposeful, passionate organization

- Drive Performance Management in the organisation

- Identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities across the Group

- Drive culture building initiatives in the organisation including value-creation workshops in the organisation

- Develop and review organisational and role-specific capabilities framework

- Build employee development plan and implement the training KPIs by identifying Hi-Pots and their career development / succession planning

- Plan Leadership development workshops and build feedback mechanism

- Build greater organisational capabilities through sound talent management and workforce planning.

- Provide constructive feedback to participants and consult with department managers and team leaders to ensure that coaching and development provided is reinforced through on-going performance management.

- Implement learning and development methodology and provide recommendations on opportunities for Allana to provide best service and expertise.

- Define and track metrics to measure effectiveness of all L & D initiatives and its impact on business

- Ownership of L&D Annual Budget

- Build Employee Training Lifecycle

- Build quarterly and annual training program
