To setup and drive a competence based framework to learning and development through training, certifications, knowledge management resulting in competency improvement of the resources

- Position: Manager – Learning & Development
- Location: Pune
- Interfaces: Leadership, Business teams, Location HR, HR Operations, Finance and Facilities, Global Learning and Competence Development,
- Reporting Manager: Director HR
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and drive competency development framework.
- Establish the framework for learning and development through the setup of policies.
- Identify and setup COE .
- Drive the culture of learning and development through Training Need Identification process, monthly training calendar.
- Establish and drive automation in learning and competence development.
- Setup a robust training process and its adherence to quality standards.
- Establish industry best practices for the measurement of Efficiency and effectiveness of training programs.
- Meet the business needs of certifications.
Authority
- To establish and drive the competence framework as per the business needs and budget available.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate in HR
- Industry experience: 8-12 years of overall industry experience
- 10 years in the relevant role
- Technical and/or functional skills: Subject matter expert in the the area, having worked for large organizations and having excellent leadership skills.
