- Managing repository of earlier LMS - GCUBE records

- Managing the Learning Management System AFLEX end-to-end

- New content creation & AI-based content

- Content upload & building repository of content_ Podcast/Byte size videos/Knowledge nuggets/ Good reads

- Batch and calendar creation

- Classroom attendance and feedback

- E-learning completion and coverage

- Managing MIS and reports

- R&R Support

- ACP Support

- Audit Support

- Driving e-learning mandays twice a month

- Experience in the BFSI domain as a preference

- Content Strategy creation, building in-house modules on subjects like...

- Internal communication, newsletters, podcasts, video content creation, etc

- Liaisoning with Business/Functional stakeholders on building modules

- Coordination with external partners for content creation
