1. Analysing existing course material and learning outcomes from partner universities and developing an understanding of the best instructional design for the online environment

2. Writing well-structured and detailed lesson plans as the basis of course development

3. Developing instructional strategies and designing learning solutions, including course design documents, curricula, syllabi, assessments, and rubrics based on the partners pedagogical requirements

4. Creating storyboards and outlines for the pages in the learning management system for educators to build

5. Creating and / or sourcing video, animation, and interactive storyboards and communicating requirements with the graphic design and production teams

6. Sourcing and managing relationships with outsourced vendors such as graphic designers, programmers etc.

7. Collaborating with educators, graphic designers, programmers, quality assurance team members, copy editors, and program managers to lead the online course development task

8. Assuring quality, writing and rewriting of online content to deliver a client-ready product
