Role: Manager- Leadership Hiring
Location- Pune
Reporting to- Head TA
- Working in conjunction with the stakeholders to get the best talent at various levels as per the requirements
- Handle end-to-end hiring and ensuring engagement with Business and define the parameters for quality of hire and market mapping
- Follow up on the shortlisted & selected candidates for their respective profiles and Coordinate interviews.
- Focusing on headhunting strategies across various strategic and leadership hiring at the CxO, VP, Director, HOD level.
- Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower for top-level mandates relevant to work experience, job profile, fitment, functional expertise and organizational setups as required by the client.
- Identifying passive job seekers and evaluating the candidates based on the desired role
- MIS - tracking and analysis to improve hiring efforts and TAT
- A constant drive to strengthen and increase utilization and effectiveness of low-cost channels by constant efforts to utilize IJPs, Job Portals, Campus Recruitment, Headhunting, social media etc.

Education & Work Experience
MBA from a reputed college with 6-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
