- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber leadership candidates through various channels such as direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and partnerships with relevant industry groups.
- Deliver a consultative and high-quality executive search service to business and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top leadership talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to comprehend their leadership needs, providing consultation on market trends, talent availability, and best practices in executive recruitments.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and evaluations, to ensure alignment with the organization's values, leadership competencies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential leadership candidates for current and future openings, fostering relationships with passive candidates and cultivating a strong network within the industry.
Requirement:
- Excellent communication with ability to engage with leadership talent.
- 10+ years of Executive Search across the technology hiring space
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven track record of sourcing and/ or recruiting focused on Executive level/ leadership positions
