Designation : Manager - Leadership Hiring
Location : Gurgaon
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for Leadership hiring across all business units
- Drive design and implementation of highly effective results-driven talent research strategies and practices for domestic and competitive intelligence
- Immaculate planning of sourcing and recruiting strategies based on the niche and critical skill buckets.
- Manage stakeholders, publish regular reports, engagement and onboarding.
- Analyzing niche requirements and carrying out market intelligence research to map the talent pool across domains.
Skill Set Required :
- 6-8 years of strong sourcing experience in leadership hiring through LinkedIn, headhunting etc.
- Should have a proper understanding on Market Talent pool, be capable of doing branding & attracting talent
- Candidates having prior experience with Leading Executive Search Companies will be an added advantage
- Candidate should be a post graduate with good communication skills
- Ability to work under ambiguity and involve innovative and simple ways to proactively meet business requirement.
