- Design the right recruitment model and set up processes and systems for capturing business requirements, planning and acquiring the right resources to support the organization growth plan.
- Periodically review and re-examine the recruitment model (sources, process, SLAs) for effectiveness and efficiency in line with the changing business priorities.
- Bring expertise to HR function as a recruitment specialist. Constantly upgrade domain
- Personally source, screen and short list suitable profiles as per the open requirements at Managerial talent using all the traditional, non-conventional, innovative and modern search methodologies.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and panel and doing regular follow-ups for the feedback. Post selection, ensure timely releasing of offers to candidates and keeping them warm and ensuring their joining.
- Regular Interaction with the hiring managers to understand the role requirement and emerging business & functional needs to upgrade job descriptions.
- Put systems and processes in place to review, refine and redesign talent acquisition systems & process with an objective of bringing simplicity, standardization and result orientation.
