JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manages the Leadership Recruitment team for Bangalore. The role requires the lead to guide the team to source and attract, select and hire the best talent and ensure that the quality and quantity of recruitment targets are met at the specified time frame as stated in the Performance Level Agreement and agreed with the business partners. This job requires daily interaction with internal departments and external agencies to ensure recruitment activities align with the fast-paced and continuously changing business demands. The Manager for Recruitment will provide ensure adherence to to Recruitment CTQ. Periodic reporting to Management on process efficiency. Partner with business for continuous improvement and feedback from customers. Bring/maintain the process at sustainable and repeatable level of stability during changes and delivers the services on par to business / organization standards

Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications (For the role - not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.)

- Graduate in any discipline

- Experience- 7-11 Years

- Experience and ability to handle Leadership hiring across the recruitment lifecycle

- Experience in all elements of recruitment namely - sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offer, checks and onboarding

- Possess relevant experience of successfully managing and developing a recruitment team

Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional demeanor and ability to interact with diverse audiences

- Must have a thorough knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques

- Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under pressure

- Strong leadership skills evidenced by achievement of objectives together with a track record of development of individuals with strong organisation and planning skills along with the ability to handle Capacities and MI reporting.

- Ability to build and maintain relations with business units and continuously give feedback by stringent follow up on service level agreements.

- Evidence of strong analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends, make projections and to interpret numeric information. Evidence of strong operational decision making and be able to provide analytical support to the teams.

- Evidence of process management skills with an ability to initiate process improvements

- Initiate cost control measures by achieving resource efficiency and managing overheads
