We have a position for Manager - Leadership Development for a Large IT Organisation

Location: Noida

High energy, high tenacity of purpose, bright & strong

- 5-7 Years experience in managing Leadership Development Programs.

- Incumbent should be able to conceive, design, implement & drive Leadership Development Programs

- Incumbent should be able to convert business design & requirements - Convert to development needs & deliver

- Should have experience managing Development Centers

- Experience in automating Learning workflows

- Should have worked on L&D Analytics & ROI

- Vendor Management

- MBA - Must + Training Certifications is an added advantage

- Somebody from business, Operations background will be good
