Manager - Human Resource - Leadership & Development & Employees Relation - BFSI/Consulting/Services
Learning & Development :
- Facilitate Learning & Leadership programs firm wide across levels from junior to middle management
- Facilitate customized interventions including New Hire - Lateral/Campus to specific need based business requirements
- Design content for new & old Training Programs basis business requirement and feedback
- Lead & Execute special projects within specified deadlines
- Lead and Execute specific firm wide programs/ initiatives
- Act as a Learning Business partner to assigned divisions, and work as an internal consultant to stakeholders to fulfil all Learning and Development requirements from engaging in needs analysis to final delivery
- Support team on cross divisional requirements by contributing expertise and collaborating to deliver solutions aligned to business requirement and expected outcomes
- Report out Program Feedback with thorough Analysis of trends & make recommendations
- Conduct, support & manage Firm wide events both in the Learning and Diversity space
- Manage Training Vendors to fulfil niche requirements along with legal contracts, requisition for materials & ensure post-delivery pay out of invoices
- Ability to map Learning Outcomes & Interventions by diagnosing actual business requirement & recommend optimum solutions
Employee Relation :
- Liaise with Legal, Compliance and Operational Risk team on various Employee relation matters including internal complaint and Operational risk cases
- Track and maintain repository for ER, IC & OR cases
- Ensure smooth closure of ER & IC cases by co-ordinating with different stakeholders including government institutions wherever required
- Drafting and maintaining templates of standard ER cases
- Maintaining and filing, appointment letters, necessary documentations including Minutes of the meetings of ER & IC cases
- Exposure in working with Employee Relation cases
- Diploma in Labour Law will be an added advantage
- Facilitation Skills with ability to facilitate Leadership Development & Learning workshops firm wide across junior - middle management levels
- Must currently be delivering or have delivered programs for this type of audience in the last 1-2 years
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal & written skills with ability to articulate quickly basis the context and situation
- High on judgment and decision making abilities
- Ability to design content & customize workshops basis business requirement
- Ability to offer creative solutions to existing or known problems
- Training Certifications on Tools / Programs / Methodology/ Facilitation
