- Designing and implementing internal job classifications (band / levels) along with effective compensation and benefit structures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements as per Factories Act and Welfare practices, such as Minimum wages / PF / ESIC / TDS
- Support the implementation of the HR technology supporting the compensation processes they manage, including SAP and SuccessFactors
- Serve as point of contact with Communities of HR Expertise (COHRE) and HR compensation vendors
- Work with multiple global regions (Like EMIA, APAC and many more) on various projects pertaining to compensation and benefits
