Roles and Responsibility -
- Devise Sourcing Strategies across all levels of hiring
- Strategize and implement the best hiring practices and policies
- Communicate with external sources, i.e. peer organizations to acknowledge any trends in recruitment and markets which could impact the business
- Extensive experience in market research and talent mapping strategies
- Finding and engaging passive candidates through various channels. Create talent engagement plans for passive candidates
- Experience in advanced Talent search techniques
- Experience in attracting candidates from Tech sites like Github, Stackoverflow, Kaggle's and Angelist, Behance, Dribble
- Mentor the team on new sourcing initiatives
- Build a culture of appreciation and recognition
