Company Description: Our client is a very large multinational org and is a leader in EdTech/e-Learning space providing higher education in areas such as Big data, Data Science, AI ML, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, etc. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Assessing placement readiness of assigned batches on a regular basis. 2) Debriefing students after interviews 3) Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities like mock interviews, career 4) Mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, aptitude training, etc. 5) Mapping students to mentors for career guidance 6) Taking mock interviews and keeping track of student progress 7) Maintaining real-time records of placement readiness of students, objectively rating their skill and preparation levels in every facet 8) Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing 9) Expectations and closing communication loops Must have skills: 1) Understanding of the hiring process for analytics roles 2) Good command over the English language both written and oral 3) Industry knowledge 4) Commitment to development 5) Resume building expertise 6) Very good interpersonal skills Qualification: 1) 2+ years of experience 2) MBA preferred Location: Bangalore
