Manager/Lead - Marketing - Pharma

Marketing Manager/Lead (Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Delhi/ Kolkatta) (Leading MNC Pharma Co) - 10 - 15 Yrs experience

Role:

- To develop the local Marketing Strategy for the Portfolio of Products of the Company in that Zone and drive launch, campaigns and sales execution as well as follow-up with internal stakeholders, working in order to achieve short and long term business objectives.

- Competitor and market analysis, evaluation of market potential, and preparation of short to medium term marketing strategy for the zone

- Develop a competitive marketing strategy, executing counter-strategies when necessary

- Drive execution of the corporate strategy - Campaign planning, monitoring, guidance on HCP selection, execution excellence & vendor management

- Implementation of Brand communication strategy and development of zonal communication strategy

- Develop and implement zone specific promotional mix and manage promotional budgets for the zone

- Nurturing KOL connect with HCP's through face to face meetings and other media

- Adapt portfolio strategy to the local patient needs.

- Seek insights that support strategy development

- Motivate sales force and ensure they are prepared for successful execution

- Lead sales force effectiveness function for the zone

- Generate insights through data and review and analysis of zonal market share data and identify action areas

- Communication of market insights to the field and development of strategies relevant to various geographies

- Champion key zonal projects end to end

- Team Management

- Ensure and maintain customer focus

- Ensure cost control and effectiveness in the corporate communication function

- There are 4 roles, for 4 zones at Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi and Kolkatta

Requirements :

- MBA with specialisation in Marketing

- Managerial experience of 8-10 years in Pharma marketing, preferred pharma sales experience of 2 - 3 years

- Good exposure and experience in Pharma product management/ marketing (ideally with Innovator Drigs), Market Analysis and Insights, KOL Connect and Management, SFE, etc.

- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
