They are the leaders in insurance sector & provide insurance services across various domains which include mortgage, property casualty, life, & retirement etc. They are involved in achieving lucrative risk-adjusted returns

Details about the position:

Position : Manager/ Lead Manager-US Corporate Tax

Location : Gurgaon

Shift : 12.00PM to 9.30PM (can be stretched during month end)

Requisites:

- CA/MBA/M.Com with 8-13 years of relevant experience in US Taxation, Corporate Tax, US GAAP, US Tax Provision

Responsibilities :

- Prepare tax returns including the preparation of VAT, IPT, and corporate tax returns

- Reconcile G/L to VAT/IPT returns and propose appropriate journals and investigate, follow up open items to ensure clearance of outstanding items

- Prepare analytical tax provision data

- Reconcile accounts to tax provision reports

- Assist with the preparation of SOX documentation

- Assist with tax payments and support

- Develop a proficiency using tax reporting tools (CorpTax, TaxStream, Appian)
