Roles & Responsibilities :

- Operate as a part of a global team that can work across time-zones and with markets in various states of digital development.

- The role sits within a Global Analytics Centre of Excellence, a large analytics practice that services many functional areas of the business across markets.

- Assist in recruiting and developing a specialist team within a larger analytics enterprise, keeping a strong focus on digital channels at the same time as working towards an integrated approach to the omni channel customer experience

- Experience of solutions involving DMP- s, DSP- s, and using solutions such as Adobe Analytics/ Omniture, Adobe Target, Webtrends, Celebrus. Understanding of Digital Analytics ecosystem with various plays and optimization approaches to enhance digital experience and related revenues.

- Good knowledge of data modeling and predictive analytics concepts is required and programming experience using one or more data modeling tools (SAS, R, SPSS) is preferred.

- At least 6+ years of Analytical Leadership Experience focused primarily in digital analytics in online retail, travel or banking/finance.

- Deploying an Agile process for digital analytics - generating hypothesis, running experiments, robust process for A/B testing and timely sharing of outcomes/insights business, etc.

- Proven ability to deliver web based business solutions utilizing large datasets
