Manager/Lead L&D Behavioral/Technical training
- Understand the business requirement for trainings to be organized
- Independently manage various training programs
- Facilitate new employee induction across all locations
- Execute quarterly training calendar (including training facilitation where required)
- End-to-end project management of training programs.
- Manage effective utilization of self-learning resources
- Use multiple modes such as self-learning, gamification, social learning, etc. to facilitate learning.
- Develop/customize training content and assessments relevant to live projects/on-the-job requirements.
- Use appropriate techniques for training program data capture, analysis, and summary/reporting.
- Independently manage reporting of program status to stakeholders to help make decisions
- Partner with Admin, IT and HR teams as and when required
- Should have experience in Behavioral/Technical training.
