Manager/Lead - Learning & Development - Automobile

Our client is a leading Indian chemical company headquartered in Pune.

Job Profile:

- Manage PMS for the entire organization including plant.

- Lead the behavioural learning function across levels. (Product and technical learning managed by business separately).

- Partner with the business to identify the hi-pots and identify their career journeys.

- Implement and execute projects related to change management, succession planning, talent management, competency mapping

Preferred Candidate:

- Full time MBA from a tier 1 or Tier 2 college

- 5-10 years of strong experience in PMS, L&D & Talent Development in a Manufacturing company.

- Strong stakeholder management skills.
