Manager - Lead Generation/Research - Healthcare/Pharma - KPO

- One of our leading client in Gurgaon is looking out for professionals having strong experience in research in any of industries viz pharmaceuticals,healthcare,bio-technology & medical technology .

- Must have understanding of pre-deal activities like company, industry, economic research, financial statements and valuations.

Job responsibilities :

- Identifying sector themes for generating actionable business development analysis

- Identifying investment opportunities from various channels including PE exit readiness, rumors, cross-border deals and sub-sector watch for preparing Go-to-Market materials.

- Build thought leadership reports and advice accounts teams on capital allocation strategies and imperatives to succeed in dynamic M&A market.

- Develop excellent relationships with global stakeholders and be responsible for a high degree of client satisfaction with engagement process and work products

- Power-point/word based Reports to synthesize and present the findings, and analysis from research

- Focus the team priorities while managing several medium to large size projects

- Conduct timely performance reviews for the team (staff and senior employees) and help in developing and guiding staff and other junior professionals.
