A leading Global financial Services firm is hiring a Law graduate with Strong experience in Corporate ER managing 1000+ employees driving positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

Employee Relations:

- Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations.

- Collaborate with leaders to address and resolve conflicts, grievances, and performance issues.

Legal Compliance:

- Stay updated on employment laws, advising on HR decisions' legal implications.

- Collaborate with legal counsel for a legal perspective on employee relations issues.

Policy Development:

- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.

- Conduct training on policies, procedures, and legal compliance.

Conflict Resolution:

- Mediate and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.

- Implement conflict resolution strategies and programs.

Training and Development:

- Conduct ER-related training sessions for employees and managers.

- Identify opportunities for skill development and training programs.

Grievance Handling:

- Effectively manage employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution.

- Implement strategies to minimize future grievances.

POSH Investigations:

- Lead investigations related to Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) incidents.

- Ensure compliance with POSH regulations and implement preventive measures.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate employee relations records.

- Prepare reports on ER metrics and trends for management review.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

Education:

- Masters/Law degree from a recognized institution.

Experience:

- 6-12 years in Employee Function

- Strong understanding of Indian employment laws.
