Job Overview:

The Lead - Curriculum and Training will be leading design and delivery of curriculum and training for programs that enable careers of choice for all youth.

They will ensure effective delivery within timelines and manage learning loops to analyse effectiveness and improvements to ensure relevance and quality.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop a rolling 4 year program design with clear outcomes and impact metrics

- Design and implement curriculum, training and assessments for various stakeholders that enable scale and systems integration

- End to end planning, resourcing, implementation and monitoring of curriculum and training

- Enable collection, analysis and review of student learning to continually improve program outcomes

- Ensure that Antarang has the right portfolio of products to properly position and ensure future growth.

- Help create and monitor systems for the smooth roll out of curriculum and training, anticipate roadblocks and enable the team to manage them.

- Identifying, training and maintaining a highly motivated, agile and action-oriented team.

- Defining and fostering a culture of high energy, learning and fun in the team.

- Work with external stakeholders to design curriculum, training and program design that meets their needs

- Track the short and long term impact of the program

- Track team budget and ensure minimum variances

- Ensure smooth cross-functional coordination and updates

- Represent Antarang in external forums

Desired skills:

- You are a born general - an ace at planning, rallying the troops, briefing, leading from the front and keeping focus on the goal to be met.

- You can think on your feet, are able to zoom in to the details and zoom out to see the connections with the big picture.

- You are adept at forging and strengthening relationships with different stakeholders

- You communicate powerfully (oral, written) and listen with intent and authenticity.

- You can break down complex problems into smaller components and encourage ownership amongst the team and stakeholders to solve them

- You can see how the pieces of the puzzle fit together and can scale parts or sum of parts.

- You have your own style of leadership that you are comfortable exploring and strengthening.

- You have a minimum of 8+ years of experience, half of which are leading diverse teams.

B.Ed/ Counselling/Psychology/ Career Counselling degrees strongly preferred (in case not would look for willingness to complete the same while on the job)
