Manager - Lead/Consultant - SAP FICO - IT (8-10 yrs)

Job Position : Manager

Overall Experience : 8-10 Years for FICO Lead & 5-6 years for FICO consultant

Location : Ahmedabad

Reporting To : SAP Lead

Qualification : BE/B-Tech or Equivalent Graduation/Post graduation

Key Responsibilities/Role:

1. Broad SAP configuration experience and strong practical functional/business, ability to configure solutions where applicable.

2. Thorough knowledge of the following core SAP FICO areas:

a. General Ledger

b. Accounts payable & Accounts receivable

c. Asset Accounting

d. Bank, Cash, Payments, BRS, Taxation

e. Controlling

f. Treasury

g. Business consolidation

h. BI

i. FICO integration with other modules

3. Strong working understanding of ERP, and knowledge of other related modules like Project systems and Funds Management

4. Must have an understanding of relevant methodologies (like ASAP), processes and standards

5. Provide research and consultation pertaining to new and/or unused functionality including business impact, leverage, and benefits

6. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team on multiple, competing priorities

7. Must possess ability and the mind set to objectively view an issue as it relates to cross-business prioritization.

8. Effectively explain a significant issue or resolution from an end-user/ customer/ business/ systems perspective

Key Competencies Required:

1. Thorough SAP knowledge on FICO module of SAP

2. Knowledge on Simple Finance on HANA will be an added advantage

3. Comprehensive SAP knowledge across variety of modules and integration points on SAP

4. Minimum 2-3 years Project Management experience in SAP

5. Experience across variety of business sectors

6. Use of project tracking tools like Microsoft Projects

7. In-depth experience and knowledge on functionality within SAP and Hana

8. Implemented SAP projects in the past

9. Manage team to derive efficiency and value

5. Good presentations skills
