- B.Com / B.Sc./ Any Graduate / MBA in HR/ Sales & Marketing/Any discipline

- 5-8 years of experience in the L&D domain, Previous Experience working in Sales/Sales Enablement & marketing functions will be preferred.

- The position will play the role Lead Capability Building for Sales and Support Functions and would be adept at managing the capability building needs. This would involve designing solutions with partners, in house and delivering learning solutions.

- As an Capability building lead for the Sales and Support Functions the overarching goal is to provide capability building solutions to Business Challenges. Identify and prioritize Function/Business level training needs and programs in line with strategy and vision. Engage with the key stakeholders to conduct skills analysis, training need analysis and prioritize training. Plan and Design annual initiatives and training programs in discussion with Business and Business HR.

- Work with stakeholders to determine appropriate learning methodologies. Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure the Content and Trainer identified is most relevant and effective. Manage the requirements within the budget provided. Create an eco-system of training partners internal and external so they can be leveraged basis the business needs.

- Proactively source & keep warm relevant capability building training programs especially in locations outside India - US, Europe, UK, APAC.

- Drive TTT for nominated Internal subject matter trainers. Ensure effective roll out of intervention and ensure the program delivery Is in line with the program design. In partnership with Business assess training effectiveness based on identified parameters and business outcomes.

- The incumbent would also be responsible for ensuring that the annual training coverage meets the pre- defined targets for all the assigned Business Units.

- 12 days of training delivery per quarter which will also involve Domestic and International travel. Responsible for design, deployment and institutionalizing a sales development practice within the organization for all the sales units in the organization.

- Strong Proficiency in MS- Power Point,
