Location: Mumbai
Roles and Responsibility
- Responsible for Instructional Design background, personally worked on content and design.
- Work with each department to support the design and development of the People Development Strategies of each of them.
- Determining how learning and development solutions are used to achieve long-term business success and add value to meet organizational needs across the division.
- Deep expertise on the culture, priorities and division specific environment.
- Partnering with L&D Solutions leaders to determine the best approaches for executing initiatives.
- Delivering learning solutions including training classes and programs as needed and delivering training curricula to meet employee and organizational needs.
Qualifications:
- MBA (from Premier B-School) only will be preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in L&D, OD.
- Have worked in large corporates with global exposure.
